As part of the investment process the apartment will be completely redesigned, renovated, & refurbished to a 5* standard in line with MFIP’s corporate image.
Once the refurbishment has been completed the property is ready to let by the in-house management team. MFIP provide an initial 3 year guaranteed rental agreement of between 4.5%-5.0% net return. After the initial 3 years the rental contract can be renewed.
