2. Organize Finance This business model is approved for investor financing by a number of local banks in Paris. It is possible to have your finance pre-approved prior to any property being selected. Therefore, when a property comes available you will be in a position to make a timely decision to secure the investment.
3. Source the Property (0-3 months) Based on your prior agreed investment budget an apartment will be sourced for you at real market value by the My Flat in Paris team of experienced professionals. Owing to the tight availability of apartments in the 8th, 16th & 17th arrondissements of Paris this stage may take up to 3 months.
4. Redesign & Renovate the Apartment (2-4 months) As part of the investment process the apartment will be completely redesigned, renovated, & refurbished to a 5* standard in line with MFIP’s corporate image. Only top materials and furnishings are selected by the excellent in-house design team.
5. Letting and Apartment Management Once the refurbishment has been completed the property is ready to let by the in-house management team. MFIP provide an initial 3 year guaranteed rental agreement of between 4.5%-5.0% net return. After the initial 3 years the rental contract can be renewed.
